Support for parents with children with special needs 0-19 years

Family Support Adviser providing one to one help and support.  We can help with obtaining disability benefits (for example help with DLA forms, Carers Allowance, Family Fund) and give support and advice in relation to special educational needs including statutory assessments, statements of special educational needs, exclusions and transition.

Advice over the telephone, home visits and support at meetings (for example at the child's school) can be arranged.
