The programme consists of 7 weekly sessions (see below) of approximately 2 hours each, facilitated by a team of 3 practitioners. Parents/caregivers and young people meet separately for the first hour and then spend the second hour together in family activities. Group size can range from about 8 to 13 families, for a total of 20 to 30 individuals.
The Strengthening Families Programme is not deliverable in any other format.
